Gump, Yuri and Himitsu discuss the plan

‘What should we use as bait?’ Yuri asked Gump.
‘Witch? What do you think?’
‘I have a name, Gump. And it’s Himitsu.’
‘Right. So? What do you think?’

Himitsu pursed her lips.
‘Ah, let’s go ask your mum, Himitsu.’ Yuri whispered.
‘You know, you guys should just depend on yourself once awhile.’ Gump grunted.
‘He’s right, Yuri. Ma has got enough on her plate now. You know, she lost the vote…’ Himitsu sighed.

Yuri bit his lip sheepishly.
‘We should use the human as bait, eh?’

Yuri’s face paled.
‘Why Yuri?’ Himitsu asked defensively.
‘Look, I’ve figured it all out. Look, I doubt that this guy is after your family. I think they’re trying to get you.’ Gump said pointedly to Yuri.
‘Why would you say that?’ Yuri asked.
‘You see, those two remaining zombies, according to you, were trying to kill you, right?’
‘Something like that.’ Yuri shrugged. Himitsu was looking at Gump coldly.
‘Well, maybe you did something to anger them. Don’t you think, Witch?’
‘Himitsu.’ Yuri growled.
‘Himitsu, then.’ Gump rolled his eyes.

Himitsu licked her lips nervously. Yuri fidgeted.
‘You’ve got a point. But what if this backfires? What if they successfully kill Yuri?’
‘We’ll be there, won’t we?’ Gump asked.

Himitsu nodded. She didn’t like it, but she had no choice.
‘Mitsuhime?’ Yuri asked concernedly.
‘Yes?’
‘You seem dazed.’ Yuri said.

She stared down at her shoulder. Yuri must’ve laid his hand on it when she was daydreaming. She shrugged it off.
‘Come on. We’ve got two zombies to catch.’
