‘Hmm… So, both of you are going to look for this troublemaker.’
‘Yes.’ Himitsu said.
‘Well, I do think it’s a good idea for you two to go look for that troublemaker, if you ask me...’

Eien stood up.
‘Well, I believe you have questions on zombies…? Isn’t that why you’re here? I’ll get my Zombie encyclopedia.’

Yuri nodded and pulled a quilt up from the floor and folded it to kill the time. Eien came back, holding a thick book, with loose pages sticking out.
‘Himitsu, do you mind bringing this trashed book to the book-binder later?’
‘Alright.’

Eien laid the book onto her lap slowly.
‘So… What would you like to ask?’
‘Which is the quickest way off killing a zombie?’ Yuri suggested.
‘Wow… Let me check this book. This was written by a retired Zombie Specialist… He lives in the Human Realm now. He was amazing. If there was anything you needed to know about Zombies, you’d ask him.’

Eien raised her hand above the book. A blue light (The same shade as her hair!) emerged from her hand. The book opened up by itself. It even flipped to a page!
‘Ah! Look here! To kill a zombie, is to stab a knife that had been dipped into this special concoction, into its heart. The recipe is here.’
‘Himitsu, what did you do to the pocket knife last time? Why did it work?’
‘I just put a charm over it… It works too, doesn’t it, Ma?’ Himitsu asked.

Eien nodded.
‘That was one of the ways I thought you. I tried all kinds of ways to kill zombies, invented some too. And I came up with the Charmed Knife. It was faster, simpler, but doesn’t kill as fast as using the one stated in the book. Oh, as an extra, it kills undeads.’
‘If that charmed knife technique is so useful, why haven’t you told other bounty hunters about it?’ Yuri asked.
‘Well, I like to keep things to myself. Selfish as I am, it was sensible. Never trust other Bounty Hunters. They’ll just suck up your ideas and throw them to the world, claiming it’s theirs.’

Yuri looked at Himitsu.
‘Well… What about… You know what? I’m out of questions. Coming here was just wasting Eien’s time.’ Yuri sighed.
‘No it wasn’t… You still have a question. I know you have.’

Eien’s blue eyes seemed to see through him.
‘Is it possible, that my parents, my family… are still alive?’ Yuri asked. ‘I mean, maybe that person who makes zombies, actually sends zombies down and takes the people to his place. Maybe to be slaves or something…’

Himitsu looked at Yuri through the corner of her eyes. Eien took a deep breath.
‘Well… We’ve never been taught to believe so… And, honestly, I have never thought of such thing. But it’s a rather interesting theory. The only way to find out is to keep on going what you have started. Look for this troublemaker and beat the answer out of him.’

Yuri nodded. Himitsu took the encyclopedia from her mother’s hands.
‘Come on, Yuri. Let’s go to town. You can actually look around.’ Himitsu said, trying to be cheerful.

Yuri nodded. He grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder.
